Homemade curry paste gives the gang liang (vegetable soup with prawns, B60) a spicy punch, while the kai look sa pai (fried boiled eggs with tamarind sauce, B40) and kaeng som cha om goong (Thai sour curry with shrimp, B60) both expertly balance the line between spicy and sour.
