This new Sathorn pizza delivery service stays open till 4am. Gallery Pizza partners with Sathorn 11 Art Space to provide employment for resident artists, but that doesn't mean the pizza is an afterthought.

Italian-American co-owner/chef Shane Greene's pies are the latest contenders in Bangkok's Neapolitan-inspired pizza scene. 

After spending several months learning to make pizza in Italy, Greene brought with him the recipe of 72-hour fermented pizza crust, made using 100-percent imported ingredients, resulting in a satisfyingly puffy crust.

Basics like a margherita start at B285 while the likes of the New Yorker (American pepperoni, Italian sausage, garlic, basil and mozzarella) come in at B410.

The menu also includes a selection of carefully chosen wines, starting at B590 (available for delivery). Delivery charge is B40.

Walk-ins are also welcome.
