The dessert-focused online shop and pop-up specialist settles on a permanent location.
After two years of running as an online shop and pop-ups, dessert specialist Fat Beaver has settled on a permanent outlet, in the newly-opened community mall The Season.
Owner Pantipa Kiatisevi is quick to point out the quality ingredients used in her baked items, whether it's real butter, cream and couverture chocolate or her own housemade caramel and sauces.
Highlights include the coconut cake (B80), molten chocolate cake (B135), passion fruit cake with raspberry jam (B80), Eton Mess-inspired meringue cake (B135) and granola with housemade mixed berry sauce (B89).
Espresso starts at B50 and hot chocolate B95. Stay tuned for breakfast dishes.
