The newly opened Amara Bangkok hotel, from the Singaporean chain, is home to a 145-seater restaurant called Element, where executive chef Colin Liang serves dishes with a focus on Singaporean, Thai and provincial Chinese cuisine. Highlights include Hainanese chicken rice (B270), Bak Kut Teh (B230), Singapore-style Laksa (B380), Malay Nasi Lemak (B270) and Hokkien Prawn Mee Soup (B330). The newly opened Amara Bangkok, an upscale hotel line from Singapore, has opened an all-day-dining restaurant, Element. The 145-seat, 24-hour restaurant, is helmed by executive chef Colin Liang, who has a long culinary experience of Western and Asian food. 

The menu's focus is on authentic Singaporean dishes but it also comprises Thai and provinicial Chinese cuisine. The highlights include Hainanese chicken rice (B270), bak kut teh (pork bone soup, B230), Singapore-style laksa (B380), Malay nasi lemak (B270), and Hokkien prawn mee soup (B330).

Also enjoy creative cocktails such as Singapore Sling and Amaria at the bar in the lobby.
