Tucked deep in a sub soi of Sukhumvit 36, Blu 36 serves Peruvian cuisine from a home that's been converted into a dining room with outdoor terrace.

Filipino chef Joel Neri rolls out a range traditional dishes like ceviche (raw fish marinated in lime and chili, B320-350), anticuchos de lomo (beef skewers, B350), causa atun (grilled tuna on pressed mashed potato, B230) and aji de gallina (B310), a slightly-spicy creamy chicken dish made using chili peppers, onion, nuts and cheese.

Wash it down with pisco sour (B220), which also comes house-infused options like blueberry, chili, ginger and eucalyptus.
