Birds Rotisserie (Sukhumvit Soi 23)
Asoke’s craft beer bar gets succulent rotisserie chicken.
Following branches in Nanglinchee (now closed) and Thonglor, chef Jeremy Tourret’s successful roast chicken specialist has a new outpost at Soi 23’s beer bar, Craft. Head here for their moist, organic three day-marinated, freerange chickens prepared in a huge spit oven (B875 whole/B475 half), paired with organic young potatoes (B150) or the smoky Angry Bird chili dip (B45). If you’re craving greens, opt for the Caesar salad (B270) with strips of succulent chicken breast, otherwise just go carbs-to-the-walls with the chicken burger (B330) sandwiched in an oatmeal bun. Pair with Craft’s refreshing craft beers (from B190).
