As if you needed another excuse to visit Phra Arthit, the new Bean & Us has transferred a 30-year-old soy milk recipe into a cozy cafe setting. 

The owner, whose parents sold soy milk for three decades, continues to serve up soy milk (B45), as well as adding dishes like roasted chicken with rice (B165), soy milk ice cream (B65) or ice cream stick with toppings (B65).

The café, which features black steel panels and pale wooden furniture, stays open till reasonably late, too (9pm Mon-Thu and 10pm Fri-Sun), and is already proving popular among bike riders in the area.
