The Bar is the latest Italian restaurant in town. It’s run by a Japanese chef who boasts of authentic pizza recipes like four cheeses, margherita and parma ham and rocket. Other classics are the caprese salad (B320), seared foie gras with mashed potato (B690) and duck with orange sauce (B390). Wash it all down with the refreshing pastel-colored wine sherbet (B150).
