There’s a new beef jerky specialist in town. Bangkok Biltong (www.facebook.com/BkkBiltong) has just introduced the South African delicacy biltong (spiced air-dried cured meat) to Bangkok.
Putting the emphasis on health, the brand makes its eponymous product using grass-fed, free-range imported and local beef with no additives or preservatives.
Choose from original (starting at B150/100g) or peri-peri (B190/100g). You can also state your preference for wet or dry and lean or fatty meat when placing an order through Facebook.
