This ice cream cafe, opened last month, is the latest addition to the multi-venue The Jam Factory. It's owned by Krithera “Khem” Inpornvijit, who draws inspiration (and ingredients) for her recipes from many sources.
Set looking onto some nice, lush greenery, it's just the place to try the homemade gelato in intriguing flavors such as krong kraeng (rice noodles in coconut milk), mascarpone cheese, and beer.
You can also try the red velvet waffle served with cream cheese and white chocolate frosting (B119) and wash it down with special drinks like coffee soda (espresso with soda and lime wedge, B85) or coffee on the rocks (B85).
They also offer catering services.
