Set amidst a relaxed and serene environment on Bangtao, the yoga studio uses an infrared heating system said to create a perfect temperature for yoga practice. Two types of yoga are offered here: Hot Hatha Yoga for advanced yogis and Power/Vinyasa Yoga (30-32 degrees Celsius) for regular yogis.
