A low-key alternative to the major yoga hubs, Yogatique is a small, community-based studio that’s just opened on Sukhumvit Soi 23. It offers a variety of classes, covering all physical practices (flexibility and fitness) as well as holistic approaches like breathing and balancing the body and soul, aka Yin and Yang.

 

Newbie? Fear not. There are classes designed for beginners, too. There is no need to book in advance (B400 for a drop-in session), and the December Special 10 class pass, valid for 60 days, is available at B2,000.
