Rising French artist Chloe Kelly Miller comes to Phuket this month for “Sea Voices”
The collaboration blends creativity, marine conservation, and Pride Month festivities in a year-long exhibition.
Based on Dorothy Lane’s book, the musical comedy by the Music Theatre Department, College of Music, Mahidol University, tells the story of an unlikely romance between gangster Bill Cracker and young woman Sister Lilian of the Salvation Army.
