Nestled right above The Royal Oak pub in Sukhumvit Soi 33/1 will be The Comedy Club Bangkok, scheduled to open this September.

Aiming to stoke the growth of Bangkok’s comedy scene, the brand new club will focus on the English language.

Co-founder and performer Chris Wegoda, who also runs stand-up comedy nights, told BK the newly-furbished venue will be dedicated to comedy in all forms, as well as workshops and training.
