Charmkok's dinner doesn’t shout, it simmers.
An art project by the UK historian, curator and artist Gérard Mermoz who presents a series of pieces inspired by the habit of a real life homeless man living on a bridge in Bangkok who creates strange objects for his own use while staring intently at the passing traffic.
