Besides the minimalist décor—all raw cement and wooden accents—we’re even more impressed that Pla Dib is now all the rage for coffee. Adopting all the third wave principles, they even do fresh roasting here, too. The selection is quite similar to other specialty cafés. Their drip coffee (hot or cold, B80) goes great with some artisanal bread from Maison Jean Philippe or breakfast options like waffles and double eggs (B100), available from 8am till 3pm.
