Located on the southeastern coast of Koh Samui, this Thailand wellness retreat was started by John and Karina Stewart in 2005. It features 76 rooms, villa and suites; two restaurants; two steam caverns; three fitness centers; two yoga pavilions; two leisure pools and one lap pool. On top of that, it offers 16 holistic programs, including detox, stress and burnout, sleep, emotional balance, ideal weight, fitness and personal yoga, as well as various retreats throughout the year. Their treatments combine East-meets-West healing therapies such as Ayurveda treatments, traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Thai therapies, naturopathy, physiotherapy and mentoring.
