This slick, modern Spanish restaurant and bar housed in The Fullerton Pavilion’s glass dome boasts visually arresting views of the Marina Bay waterfront. Killer suckling pig and The Other Spanish Tortilla (a deconstructed omelet) are just some of the delectables coming out of the kitchen. The energy and vibe are fantastic: it’s a bustling venue with upbeat lounge music in the main dining room.
This contemporary Spanish restaurant is a slick space encased in a glass dome floating on the water. The team behind the design is award-winning New York design firm, AvroKO (they also worked on stunning New York City hotspots like Saxon & Parole, The Stanton Social and Public). The 120-seat 4,300 square-foot Catalunya boasts a team trained at the world’s top eateries including El Bulli, Santi, Drolma and Sketch. Both executive chef Alain Devahive Tolosa and restaurant manager Pol Perelló have 12 years of experience working at El Bulli.
