Ultra Platinum Imperial Luxury Triple Treasure Shark Fin Restaurant

May 2012
Set Lunch Menu

Introduction from our Executive Chef
These are tough times for us fans of the fin, we cravers of the cartilage. Yet, like our favored fish, we have to keep moving to stay alive. We have therefore invited supporters of this month’s SharkAid concert to make certain adjustments to our menu. They promise us that you’ll barely be able to tell the difference.

Starter
Double-Boiled Cabbage Soup
A timely update of an old classic, using the only foodstuff comparable in its bland tastelessness. Double-boiled to remove even the merest hint of flavor.
Or
Superior Cabbage Soup
An exquisite dish in which the flavor-free concept is taken to unimaginable heights. Accept no substitute (or taste).

Main*
Prickly Heat
If it is “texture” you crave, look no further. A free-range porcupine lightly steamed and served whole in a spicy, spikey sauce.
Or
The Great White Bark
For the ultimate in indulgence, skip the shark and go for a buffet of 101 delicious Dalmatians.

Dessert
La Fin
A “multi-sensory” dining experience in which you will be submerged with a live Tiger shark. Both parties are entitled to eat all they like. Fair’s fair.

2 courses: $1,000
3 courses: $10,000
10% discount for holders of an APEX Predator card.

* Chef’s note: All mains are served with a generous side order of Western hypocrisy.
