Of Hengshan Lu's many drinking establishments, Zapata's is one of the best loved. Just the right amount of sleaze keeps things real, and regular visits from the tequila fairy mean that nights here go off with a bang. The huge terrace contrasts with the dimly lit interior set across two floors, and the drinks are slightly pricier than average (unless you're a lady, and it's Monday or Wednesday, in which case you drink for free).
