Chamate is a chain of modern Chinese teahouses spread throughout northern China and famous for casual but elegant décor. Dian hong, a relatively high-end black tea from Yunnan, is served in dainty little cups beforehand for free. Have the non-traditionally cold-brewed Longjing tea, its leaves marinated in cold water for six hours.
