Adding to the collective of exciting changes at the new Bo.lan, Must Wine Bar arrives with the promise of a generous list of biodynamic wines.    

Brought to you by wine distributors Fin Wine, the new outpost at the beautiful Bo.lan house is set up for sipping in one of the comfy lounge areas while enjoying card games like Uno and Cards Against Humanity. Here, you can discover new styles and varieties of wine, which are also available for purchase, with someone on hand to help with decision-making. 

The current list offers 26 labels, but will change somewhat regularly with some specials being thrown in every now and then. We recommend trying the 2014 Freisinger Schiava Doc, Cantina Tramin from Alto Adige, Italy—a red with hints of red currants, light bitter almonds, coffee and touch of violets (B400 for a glass/125 ml; B990 for a carafe 375 ml/half bottle; and B1,940 for the bottle). If you’re in the mood for a white wine, try the 2018 Hullabaloo Cuvée White Trocken, Markus Schneider from Pfalz, Germany; it boasts aromas of citrus, gooseberry and exotic fruit (B390/glass). 

When hunger strikes, rest assured that you’ll be in good hands with Err’s menu offering light bites including moo ping (B125), Siamese pickles (B65) and the addictive spicy watermelon seeds (B85). 

As part of Bo.lan's “Zero Waste to Landfill” campaign, all bottles from Must will be upcycled into water jugs courtesy of Etna glass company. Once you’ve enjoyed your wine, just peel and clean the labels and glue from your bottles before dropping them off at Fin Wine's office (8/22 Soi Sammitre, Ratchadapisek Rd., 02-653-0154).
