Bangkok's new miniature town claims to be the the largest in Asia. 

 

Occupying over 1,000 sq meters on the second floor of the Gateway Ekamai mall, Stanley MiniVenture is a sprawling metropolis at 1:87 scale that's supposedly only dwarfed by miniature exhibitions in the Netherlands and Germany. 

 

Aiming to educate about the world’s history and diversity, this tiny wonderland spans 11 zones, including Hoover Dam, a Swiss Alps farming village, cave and a CBD featuring famous buildings like the Chrysler Building, Oakland Tower, Empire State Building, World Financial Center and Metlife Building. Toy train systems run throughout each zone. 

 

The finishing touches are still being added to a mini airport and "Very Thai," a zone dedicated entirely to Bangkok landmarks from a mini Victory Monument and Bangkok's Hua Lamphong train station right down to the city's iconic tangled electrical wires. 

 

Tickets are B650 for adults and B450 for children.
