Pablo
Japan's most beloved cheese tart arrives in Bangkok.
Hot on the heels of Hokkaido’s Bake, there’s a new Japanese cheese tart condender in town. Introducing Osaka’s Pablo.
Since launching around two years ago, this pudding-like tart in the trademark crispy shell has been lauded as one of its hometown’s must-try treats, causing some pretty lengthy queues.
Now it's Bangkok's turn. On top of the classic cheese tart with its subtle apricot glaze (B415/full tart), which you can also have by the slice with coffee or tea (dine-in only, B160), you can also try a string of special flavors like matcha and the totally delectable, totally gooey chocolate (B475 each).
However, we're slightly more partial to the creamier and cheesier mini tarts available in two flavors: plain (B75) and matcha (B90). Don't miss the cheese soft-serve (B90), either.
