This bespoke cocktail bar—headed up by Ethan Leslie Leong—takes its name from an eighties anime series. The place is well known for fresh, fruity drinks, just right for Singapore’s weather. And their nightly crowd is diverse and includes couples, tourists and colleagues on a night out. Set on the second floor (above a café and boutique of the same name) Maison Ikkoku has a great view of Sultan Mosque and they play slow jazzy tunes all night.
