Popular Hokkaido confectionary shop Bake opens its first outlet in Singapore. Known for their cheese tarts, which uses cream cheese from Hokkaido. the chain has a total of 13 stores across Asia. The brand only sells one type of cheese tart that comes with the bakery's signature cheese mousse, made using a blend of three different types of cream cheese. Prices range from $3.50 for one, to $19.50 for six.
