Food trucks keep coming thick and fast, the latest of which is the bright-sky-blue Manhattan Mango.

Inspired by the city that never sleeps, the truck serves a variety of light snacks, mains, desserts and beverages. But what sets it apart (especially from the multitude of new taco trucks) is that almost every dish centers on one key ingredient: mango.

Highlights include the spicy calamari mango salsa with fried flat bread (B120), sweet-and-sour mango with soho chicken rice (B75) and spicy green mango salad with shrimp (B85).

To drink, try the Skyscraper mango iced-tea (B65), with crispy mango bubble.

The truck is currently on the move, but you can catch it at Art Box Exhibition Market (Queen Sirikit Convention Centre) on Sep 4-6, 3pm till midnight.
