SINGAPORE RESTAURANT

Cho Omakase

An affordable omakase-only Japanese restaurant that's not limited to just fish

Located in a small alley behind Boat Quay is this Japanese restaurant focusing on omakase sets. It's all relatively affordable, compared to some of the frou frou places in town, with omakase starting at just $50 and goes up to $120 (although that's not to say the prices end there). The small 30-seater restaurant is casual with light wooden furniture and tables, as well as counter seats. This restaurant doesn't specialize in only sashimi, so an omakase experience comprises appetizers, sashimi, mains and sushi, including Hida wagyu, lamb and oysters.
