The first project from F&B and hospitality group Elysium Enterprise, Philtration serves up tasty cocktails inspired by Moh Mee—a late 19th-century doctor famous for concocting herbal Chinese medicine. Within a secret basement inside a century-old heritage house, drinks are infused with herbs, spices and teas found in Moh Mee’s creations. Try Friends With Benefits (lime, pomegranate, fennel, ginger, watermelon and Diplomatico Planas Nin Jiom Herbal Cough Syrup; B380) or Mohmeetini, a classic martini infused with Moh Mee’s Uthai medicine (B400), which is said to help improve blood circulation and benefit the heart.
