Baja Fresh will launch what they claim is Singapore’s first ever Mexican brunch menu on November 24. Items that will be available include the huevos ranchero burrito ($4.95), comprising melted cheese, scrambled eggs, beans, crushed corn tortilla chips and ranchero sauce, grilled chicken caesar salad burrito ($11.95), filled with caesar salad, grilled chicken and avocado, and the classic breakfast burrito ($4.95), a mix of scrambled eggs, baja papas (potatoes), melted cheese with a choice of ham or sausage. Other breakfast items like scrambled eggs with potatoes, toast, hot chocolate and coffee will also be on offer.
