Composer and director Somtow Sucharitkul works with stage designer Dean Shibuya to stage a ballet-opera telling the story of Thai queen hero Suriyothai in honor of HM Queen Sirikit. Stacey Tappan plays the lead. The show debuts with a gala on Aug 23 (B2,000-3,000) with two matinees and two evening rounds on Aug 24-25 (B500-2,000).
