Good news for Silom exercise freaks. The LAB fitness center just opened a new location on Silom Soi 1, bringing with it trainers who know how to kick you into shape.

 

This isn’t your usual drop-in gym, rather training under the guidance of a coach for strength and conditioning. Group classes cost B400 per visit or B5,500 for unlimited monthly membership. Or you can get personal training from B1,700 per session or private group training for B2,400 (2-4 people).
