Buzz: Having gained traction in Thailand through its Onitsuka Tiger sneaker line, Asics has finally opened its first flagship store at CentralWorld.

Vibe: Pretty clean; all white with a touch of blue, in keeping with the Asics logo. Sportswear is in the center while sports shoes line the walls.

Goods: The store has all sorts of Asics products—the most we’ve ever seen in one place—from running shoes, shirts, shorts and bags to lifestyle sneakers and soccer boots. Products here hit the store early and get updated fast, so expect the latest models in all colors, like the Gel-blur 33 (pictured B3,800) or the light-weight runner Gel Kayano 18 (B7,900) to the Asics Corrido (pictured B2,800). Sports shoes start from B2,800, soccer boots from B4,200, lifestyle kicks from B2,800 and sportswear from B990.
