After featuring in our 13 New Faces To Watch story back in July, Thai designer Ekbutr Udomphol has now opened up a pop-up store for his label, The Only Son, on the second floor of Gaysorn Plaza (next to the skywalk exit). This is set to be followed by his first flagship store by the end of this year. The designer says his autumn/winter 2013 collection sticks to the brand’s focus on minimal, functional design, transforming abstract concepts into stylish and wearable pieces. The collection ranges from men’s and women’s casual wear to formal dresses and suits mainly in warm tones like beige, dark blue and grey.
