This yoga gym in Eight Thonglor is a much sleeker operation than most of the ad hoc studios around town, with an elegant brown-tone waiting room and equally well designed training room. Course are offered for a variety of different yoga styles with sessions adapted to suit different ages and abilities, including kids. They also offer Bollywood dance training.
