Sathorn’s office workers wanting to squeeze in some gym time between breaks or after working long hours can now head to Fitness24Seven’s latest opening at Sathorn Thani building. 

Expanding from its first location at Phra Khanong’s Summer Hill community mall and later at Rama 9, the 24-hour fitness club from Sweden allows flexible access for members to workout around the clock, seven days a week. 

The 45-60-minute group training classes include a range of workouts from yoga, body combat, Sh’bam, bootcamp, Bodypump and Thai boxing, while a 60-minute personal training session—divided into three levels up to 50 sessions—costs from B900/session. 

Fitness24Seven also offers a separate women’s gym area, which is fully equipped with cardio machines, weight machines, free weights and a stretching area.

Membership costs B1,299/month, B7,999/six months and B14,999/12 months, which includes access to all its international branches in far-flung countries like Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland and Colombia.
