Don’t confuse the new FabCafe on Ari Soi 1 with the popular Fabb Cafe in Chiang Mai.
This creative/design-focused space originated in Japan and has another three branches in Taipei and Spain, all of which offer different design services to their visitors.
In Bangkok, Fab Cafe takes the form of a co-working space with product design facilities. The cafe offers 3D printing and 2D laser cutting machines along with instructors to help you out.
The cafe also plans to host regular workshops like last month’s pinhole camera-making and build-your-own radio tutorials. Check their Facebook for updates.
