100 Mahaseth

At 100 Mahaseth we acquire the best local produce and try to increase awareness and value to the cuisine of our region. Our home serves an array of recipes with an emphasis on a root to fruit and nose to tail experience in the food that we are fond of. Our ingredients, from the beef and pork all the way down to the salt crystals are sourced on the priority of being local and seasonal from farmers all over Thailand.

Il Fumo

Il Fumo, under the direction of Chef Nelson Amorim, proposes new-wave Portuguese cuisine – long for the past, respect for the tradition, care for great produce, yet not afraid to look outward and be inspired by other cultures. Founded in late 2015 by food-obsessed couple Choti & Debby Leenutaphong (Vesper, Via Maris, La Dotta, La Dotta ‘La Grassa’ & 80/20 ).

Enoteca Italiana

Once our guests step inside they can forget the frantic and busy life of the city and indulge in a real Italian gourmet experience. Enoteca was created in 2004 as the brainchild of Giancarlo (the father and a former real estate developer ) and Nicola (the son and former financial planner). Enoteca can now be considered as the only real Italian gourmet restaurant in Bangkok with a unique wine list.

Jua

The Japanese term kushiyaki refers to skewered meats, fish, and fresh vegetables grilled over binchotan, or Japanese charcoal. At JUA we take this idea a few steps further. In addition to classic kushiyaki, our chefs have created a confident menu based around stylish Japanese and Korean interpretations of comfort munchies and 70’s cocktail food. A place to relax, unwind, and enjoy food and drink as they are meant to be enjoyed, in a immaculately-designed space that combines the spirit of Osaka’s backstreets with vibrant energy and laidback soul of Bangkok’s old town.

Indus

Indus has consistently maintained its high standards and dedication to serving authentic Mughalai style indian cuisine since 2005. The restaurant, set in a 1960s art deco house, comprises an elegant dining room, a capacious bar, a tropical garden with alfresco seating, and private dining room. Although very popular with expatriates, indus is credited for initiating (and converting) many Thai diners to being fans of indian cuisine.
