This Feb 22 at Mikkeller is the world release party for the new Mikkeller Black Ivory Coffee Stout, brewed with the world’s rarest and most expensive coffee, from Black Ivory Coffee. On top of a 30-liter keg on tap from 5pm, there will be a limited amount of 750ml bottles, nitro and syphon coffee. The total profits will be donated to the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation. 

 

Wine Pub welcomes Italian chef Valentino Marcattilii from two-Michelin-starred San Domenico in Bologna this Feb 22-25. You’ll have a chance to sample some of the restaurant’s classics including the San Domenico egg in raviolo (raviolo with an oozing egg yolk) among other home-style traditional Italian dishes. From Feb 23-26, Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand (SCATH) organizes Thailand’s biggest coffee event at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The event showcases full circle of coffee business, from coffee roasters, machines to shops and franchises.
