Star Wars fans get spoiled rotten at Hong Kong Disneyland (www.hongkongdisneyland.com) starting this Jun 11, when the theme park revamps its Tomorrowland zone into Star Wars: Tomorrowland Takeover.

The old Space Mountain makes way for Hyperspace Mountain, where you can fly through a battle between X-wing Starfighters and TIE fighters; the Stitch Encounter stage show turns into Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple, where young visitors get to swing light sabers at Darth Vader; and cafes start serving Star Wars wonton soups, Darth Vader burgers and Millennium Falcon fried rice. Hardcore fans can even book a Star Wars-themed room package at HK$600 (including exclusive Star Wars door sticker, slippers, bed runner and a themed chocolate and cookies set).

Tickets cost HK$539 (B2,436) for one day and HK$739 (B3,340) for two days, but Thais get 25-percent off tickets prices when they show up with the whole family (two adults, one child or more) and a 30-percent discount on rooms.
