FACT Collective (www.facebook.com/factcollectiveco), the food and design-led group who presented Bangkok's first Kinfolk Gathering Dinner, are at it again. This time they're taking their workshop on the road to Northeastern Thailand through the FACT Experience: Isan Udonthani-Nongkhai project on this Mar 4-7.

 

Said to cover the four core values of food, art, culture and travel, this four-day trip will introduce participants to various Isaan traditions through food workshops such as salt making, herbal tea tasting and foraging, cooking classes and a pop-up dinner about ecological identity at the ever-popular Udon Thani eatery Samuay & Sons, led by two brother chefs with vast experience in San Francisco.

 

The trip is limited to 10 people and costs B12,500 (which covers all accomodation and workshops). Participants need to make their way to the meeting point at Udon Thani Airport on Mar 4. Send your registration to info@factcollective.com.
