The sustainable, Evason Hua Hin has teamed up with Matthew Kenney Cuisine, an American lifestyle brand specializing in raw food, to open Asia’s first plant-based culinary academy.

The academy’s curriculum focuses on the use of whole, organic, unprocessed plant-based raw foods to craft healthy, flavorful dishes using innovative cooking and preparation methods. Those who are enrolled in the program will be trained by selected experienced staff who are knowledgeable in the latest culinary techniques.

Additionally, all enrolled culinary students will be provided with accommodation on the resort grounds. As of now, the academy only provides monthly courses, however they plan to introduce weekday and weekend workshops in the future. Full prices TBA.
