Anantara Riverside hotel's latest wellness program takes place upon the gently lapping waters of the Chao Phraya River. 

Kickstart your Saturday with two hours comprising light yoga moves and breathing exercises followed by a healthy breakfast feast.  

By the time you've worked up a sweat from your workout, the gorgeouly appointed teakwood river boat will have made a u-turn at Wat Arun. This signifies it's time for breakfast and a spread of granola, yogurt, croissants, whole-grain breads and assorted fruits, vegetables and greens for juicing.
