Zuma, the zen and sexy high-end Japanese restaurant chain, located at The St. Regis Bangkok, is introducing Bangkok diners to Yashoku, its “party night brunch,” where diners can expect to be treated to decadent appetizers, delectable maki rolls, a fresh selection of sashimi, and other signature dishes alongside two hours of free-flow champagne, cocktails, Japanese whiskey, sake, wine, and beer. S-w-e-e-t!

Inspired by Zuma Hong Kong’s acclaimed night brunch, the contemporary izakaya “Yashoku” (or midnight snack in Japanese) menu offers generous-proportioned snacks and salads, tempura, and robata dishes (grilled-charcoal cooking), as well as nigiri sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls. These dishes include the seared salmon with lime shiso soy, thinly sliced sea bass with yuzu truffle dressing, Japanese mushroom croquettes, black tiger prawn and vegetable tempura, and grilled barley miso-marinated chicken thigh. Dessert includes an indulgent selection of Japanese sweets with molten hazelnut chocolate.

The menu comes in three packages: B1,600 for cocktails, wine, and beer; B2,600 for Bottegga prosecco, wine, and beer; and B3,600 for Bollinger Special Cuvee champagne, sake, Japanese whiskey, wine, and beer.

Zuma’s Yashoku night brunch is available every Saturday from 8pm. Call 02-252-4707 or email reservations@zumarestaurant.co.th to book in advance.
