Bangkok’s much-loved Mediterranean restaurant Seven Spoons has finally rolled out its new lunch menu and it contains some of chef Somkiat Pairojmahakij's experimental dishes.

The menu extends well beyond salads, pasta and grilled mains to the likes of pizza (B260), grilled cheese (B240) and other dishes inspired by the chef’s travels, but which remain light and health-friendly made from local seasonal ingredients.

Highlights include the prawns on toast with goat yogurt and chives (B280), which comprises the house-made rye bread, fresh and firm boiled shrimp, topped with a goat yogurt-mayo mix (see 20 new dishes you need to eat in Bangkok right now) and blini (buckwheat pancakes) topped with lentils and cream cheese (B220).
