To go with this year’s cooler festive season, the luxury mall fills the courtyard between its buildings with good food and live music. Marche' De Quartier provides the rare opportunity to sample food from Michelin-starred restaurants in a casual ambience.

Dutch chef Henk Savelberg, of the restaurant which bears his name on Wireless Road, and whose restaurants in his homeland have garnered a total four stars, showcases his techniques through smoked Irish oyster with green curry and ponzu (B300), lolly of foie gras with white chocolate, peach and pistachio (B150) and sous-vide scampi with local heirloom tomato salad (B250).

Ginza Sushi Ichi’s master chef Masakazu Ishibashi from the Michelin-starred mother branch serves up an exclusive three-course sushi dinner including tuna, sea urchin and seasonal white fish at B1,500, while also preparing rice bowls with salmon roe and sea urchin for takeaway (B800).

Chef Walter Passeri flies in from Italy and bring with him Umbrian ingredients like salami, cheese, honey and truffles, served up in dishes like torta al testo (flatbread) with cold-cuts and sheep's cheese and tagliatelle pasta with truffle sauce.

On top of that, 16 restaurants are lined up for the food bazaar area, where you can expect favorites like pizzas from Peppina, gua bao from Bao and Buns, burgers from Daniel Thaiger, ramen from Ippudo and coffee from D’Ark.
