Bonnie Dolly Tearoom

European-inspired cafe Bonnie Dolly’s Tea Room is all about afternoon tea. Twee decorative features like teapot-shaped lighting, French-style windows and a greenery-covered ceiling set the scene for baked goods synonymous with teatime. They offer over 30 kinds of tea with chocolate and fruit covered tarts, pastel-colored macarons, an assortment of scones, and dainty finger sandwiches.

With its New York and French bakery-inspired facade and painting-perfect rustic interior, Eden's evokes a warm and cozy bakehouse vibe. The menu highlights rotating house-baked goodies (B90-160) like beer cake, carrot cake and lemon pie, as well as an English breakfast plate (B260/B490).

Inside, you’ll find its famous éclairs and vanilla millefeuille (B180), which are beautifully decorated, imported macarons (B880/8 pieces, B1,640/16 pieces) from the mother branch in Paris, Danish pastries and croissants.

The Blooming Gallery

With its glasshouse setting and forest-like decor of dangling ferns and flowers, The Blooming Gallery is a new tea spot with an artistic edge. Several of the desserts take influence from Monet’s impressionist paintings, like A Path in The Forest (soft cheesecake topped with matcha green tea mousse fresh cream and matcha powder, B380) and The Blooming Garden (pistachio chocolate lava cake, pistachio gelato, B350). Enjoy all of this alongside 22 imported teas and five house blends.

Thé Tea House at Chang Chui

A Hua Hin import to Thonburi’s hot new creative club Chang Chui, the Victorian-style Thé Tea House is packed with vintage knick-knacks and off-the-wall ornaments that give it an affectionate hipster feel. Regulars come here for the Mariage Frères tea blends. Our favorites are Marco Polo (aromatic notes of Chinese and Tibetan flowers and fruit), Blanc & Rose (subtle white tea with Oriental rosebuds), Thé sur le Nil (citrus fruit scented green tea), and Rouge Bourbon with a charming touch of vanilla.

Chang Chui, 460/8 Sirindhorn Rd., 081 817 2888, Open daily 11am-11pm
