At Bottega di Luca, one of Bangkok’s absolute top Italian restaurants, head chef Andrea Ortu’s menu brims with serious D.O.P. produce scoured from the lengths of Italy.

For our new Top Tables Champions dinner series, kicking off on Mar 21, however, diners can expect something a little different.

Your four-course menu, priced at just B1,500++ per person, sees the Sardinian-born chef Ortu exploring new frontiers with top-shelf produce—that could mean a Thai coconut soup brimming with red prawn, clams and Mediterranean-beets-marinated seabass; or unctuous paccheri pasta filled with Japanese hamachi fish tartare, Bottarga sauce and seaweed powder. Clearly, this is Bottega di Luca like you’ve never tried before.

The menu is available from Mar 24-25 and 27-30, and the full details are as follows.

Thai Coconut soup, red prawn, clams, Mediterranean beets-marinated seabass
