The Da Vinci Restaurant (4/F, Rembrandt Hotel, 02-261-7100) will get a Scandinavian makeover when it welcomes guest Chef Jens Jensen, of the Møllegården på Alrø restaurant in Denmark. Aiming to shine a light on modern Danish cooking, the menu from Dec 4-15 starts from B600. Also, a special Scandinavian Christmas Brunch will be offered on Dec 15 at B1,300 per person with dishes like pickled herring and smoked salmon.
