With a focus on soft shell crabs, Crab Shack sources quality fresh produce straight from Ranong in the South of Thailand.

Flea market regulars may have noted this seafood specialist's appearances at Art Box or other pop-ups in various shopping malls. Now you can catch them at FoodLoft at Central Chidlom throughout May.

Here, they promise dishes like deep-fried soft shell crab and fries with your choice of signature salted egg sauce (made with quality butter and duck egg yolk), creamy white sauce, seafood sauce or Sriracha, and “Savage Fries,” which are cheesy fries piled with pickles and a sweet-sour sauce. 

On top of soft shell crabs, they also offer steamed mussels with green curry, tomyum and white wine sauces.
